1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป

แอปพลิเคชัน "รับจ่าย" ("แอป", "เรา") พัฒนาโดย Mdisk Studio ให้บริการบันทึกรายรับ-รายจ่ายส่วนบุคคล พร้อมฟีเจอร์สแกนสลิปธนาคารด้วย AI บนระบบ Android และ iOS

นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอย่างไร สอดคล้องกับ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

3. การใช้กล้องและภาพถ่าย

แอปขออนุญาตเข้าถึงกล้องและแกลเลอรีเพื่อ สแกนสลิปธนาคารและใบเสร็จ เท่านั้น

ภาพจะถูกส่งไปยัง Google Gemini AI เพื่อประมวลผลอ่านข้อมูล (จำนวนเงิน, รายละเอียด, วันที่)
ภาพ ไม่ถูกเก็บ บน server ของเรา — ใช้ประมวลผลชั่วคราวเท่านั้น
การประมวลผลโดย Google Gemini อยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google

⚠️ สลิปธนาคารอาจมีข้อมูลอ่อนไหว เช่น เลขบัญชี ชื่อผู้รับ — เราแนะนำให้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลก่อนสแกน

4. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

ข้อมูลบนเครื่อง (Local)

รายการรายรับ-รายจ่ายเก็บใน SQLite บนเครื่อง ของคุณ
หากไม่ได้ล็อกอินและสำรองข้อมูล การลบแอปจะทำให้ข้อมูลหายถาวร

ข้อมูลบน Cloud (เฉพาะผู้ที่ล็อกอิน)

เมื่อล็อกอิน Google และเปิด Cloud Sync ข้อมูลจะสำรองบน server ของเรา
ข้อมูลเข้ารหัสระหว่างการส่ง (TLS) และ at rest
เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะบัญชีของคุณเท่านั้น

ยอดเครดิตสแกนและประวัติการซื้อเก็บบน server ของเรา ผูกกับ Firebase UID

เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลา ข้อมูลจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

5. การซื้อภายในแอป (In-App Purchases)

การซื้อเครดิตสแกนดำเนินการผ่าน Google Play Billing หรือ Apple StoreKit

เรา ไม่เก็บ ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือข้อมูลการชำระเงินของคุณ
เราได้รับเฉพาะ receipt/transaction ID เพื่อยืนยันการซื้อเท่านั้น
การจัดการชำระเงินอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของ Google หรือ Apple

6. โฆษณา

แอปแสดงโฆษณาผ่าน Google AdMob

AdMob อาจเก็บข้อมูลอุปกรณ์และ advertising ID เพื่อแสดงโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสามารถปิด personalized ads ได้ในการตั้งค่า Google ของอุปกรณ์

8. สิทธิ์ของคุณตาม PDPA

ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 คุณมีสิทธิ์:

เข้าถึง — ขอดูข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณที่เราเก็บ
แก้ไข — แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
ลบ — ขอให้ลบข้อมูลของคุณออกจากระบบ
ถอนความยินยอม — ถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้ได้ตลอดเวลา
โอนย้าย — ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้
คัดค้าน — คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลบางประเภท

9. การลบข้อมูล

ข้อมูลบนเครื่อง: ลบแอปเพื่อลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดบนเครื่อง
ข้อมูล Cloud: ติดต่อเราเพื่อขอลบข้อมูล Cloud และบัญชีทั้งหมด
ข้อมูล Server: เราจะลบข้อมูลเครดิตและประวัติการซื้อภายใน 30 วันหลังได้รับคำขอ

10. ความปลอดภัย

การสื่อสารระหว่างแอปกับ server ใช้ HTTPS (TLS)
การยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน Firebase ID Token
Server มีระบบ rate limiting ป้องกันการโจมตี
ไม่มีวิธีการส่งข้อมูลทางอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ปลอดภัย 100% เราใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม

11. ความเป็นส่วนตัวของเด็ก

แอปนี้ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี เราไม่จงใจเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็ก หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลดังกล่าว เราจะลบทันที

1. Introduction

"RubJai" ("the App", "we", "us") is developed by Mdisk Studio. The App provides personal income and expense tracking with AI-powered bank slip scanning, available on Android and iOS.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. Information We Collect

3. Camera and Photo Access

The App requests camera and gallery access solely for scanning bank slips and receipts.

Images are sent to Google Gemini AI for processing (extracting amounts, descriptions, dates)
Images are not stored on our servers — they are processed temporarily only
Processing by Google Gemini is subject to Google's Privacy Policy

⚠️ Bank slips may contain sensitive information such as account numbers and recipient names. We recommend reviewing the data before scanning.

4. Data Storage

Local Storage

Income/expense records are stored in SQLite on your device
If you are not signed in and have no cloud backup, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all data

Cloud Storage (signed-in users only)

When signed in with Google and Cloud Sync is enabled, data is backed up to our server (api-rubjai.thaiaround.com)
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
Accessible only by your account

Server Storage

Scan credit balances and purchase history are stored on our server, linked to your Firebase UID
We do not store credit card or payment information — this is handled directly by Google Play / Apple App Store

Data Retention Periods

When retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. In-App Purchases

Scan credit purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit.

We do not collect your credit card or payment details
We receive only receipt/transaction IDs for purchase verification
Payment processing is subject to Google or Apple privacy policies

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect device information and advertising ID to serve relevant ads
You can disable personalized ads in your device's Google settings

8. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you have the right to:

Access — request to view your personal data we hold
Rectify — correct inaccurate information
Erase — request deletion of your data from our systems
Withdraw consent — withdraw previously given consent at any time
Portability — receive your data in a readable format
Object — object to certain types of data processing

To exercise these rights, please contact us as described in Section 12.

9. Data Deletion

Local data: Uninstall the app to delete all data on your device
Cloud data: Contact us to request deletion of your cloud data and account
Server data: We will delete credit and purchase history within 30 days of receiving your request

10. Security

All communication between the app and server uses HTTPS (TLS)
Authentication via Firebase ID Tokens
Server-side rate limiting to prevent abuse
No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we employ industry-standard safeguards

11. Children's Privacy

This App is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
